Cobrattack // Review

As you may know, we love playing games in this house. So when we were asked if we wanted to try Cobrattack we accepted straight away.

Cobrattack is made by Megableu.  Megableu are a French company founded in 1994 that have launched in the UK

COBRA, guardian of the sacred emerald, watches you carefully.

You may move as long as his eyes are green. But beware, if his eyes are red, he is watching you. Can you grasp the emerald before Cobra sees you?

After being caught 2 times, COBRA jumps out of his basket …Sadly, you lose!

If you manage to snatch the emerald without being seen, you are the winner!

What did we think of Cobrattack?

The aim of the game is to creep up on the Cobra and steal his green gem without him noticing you.

This game reminded me a lot of Grandmothers Footsteps which I used to play as a child.

When the Cobra’s eyes are green you can creep towards it, however as soon as they turn red, you must stop. You must keep dead still until the Cobra’s eyes go green again. The Cobra has a motion sensor built in so it can sense any movement around it.

If you fail, the Cobra will jump out at you from the basket and if you are anything like me, it will make you jump.

Cobrattack has three different difficulty settings for you to choose from. The hardest setting is really difficult and even I found it difficult and set the Cobra off many times.

The game requires 4 x AA batteries which are not included with the game.

Overall Cameron and I had lots of fun playing this game. Even Lucas joined in, however he had a different agenda and just wanted to make the Cobra pop out.

Note: I received Cobrattack for the purpose of the review. All opinions are my own.
