I was really excited to try the Bakerdays Letter Box Cake out and seeing as it was close to Cameron’s Birthday, it was the perfect opportunity.

The cake arrived within a couple of days of placing my order, which was really quick. I imagined I would have to wait a lot longer.

The box arrived undamaged, which gave me hope that the cake would be undamaged too.

I opened the box and was really pleased with what was in it.

They had even included some balloons, a party blower and some candles. This made it even more special and gave it a more personalised feel.

First of all, I noticed that the cake came in a lovely tin, which would ensure the cake was protected. Because of this tin, the cake was not damaged in any way. It also gave it that even more personalised feel. The cake was not damaged in any way.

For the purpose of this review the cake was carrot cake. Which happens to be my favourite!

Note: This flavour is no longer available.

The cake was beautifully moist and therefore tasted far superior to those bought in a supermarket. Therefore it didn’t last more than 10 minutes because it was that tasty.

I would definitely recommend BakerDay’s Letter Box Cake. It is a tad on the pricey side, however the cake was really delicious.
